Refund Policy

Refund & Returns Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

At Jarema.Team and ReadFaithfully, we value your trust and aim to provide high-quality products and resources. Because many of our items are made to order and digital products are delivered instantly, our refund policy differs for physical and digital products.

1. Physical Products (Fulfilled by Printful)

All physical products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printful.

Because items are custom-produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect due to our error

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

mark@jarema.team

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package was lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date

  • We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Reshipping fees may apply

  • Refunds are not guaranteed

2. Digital Products (Downloads, PDFs, Guides, Reports)

Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital downloads:

All digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

This includes:

  • PDFs

  • DISC materials

  • Guides

  • Downloadable content

  • Educational resources

If you experience a technical issue accessing your product, please contact:

We will gladly assist you.

Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction of digital products is prohibited.

3. Order Cancellations

Because physical items enter production quickly:

  • Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • After production begins, cancellations are not possible

Digital product orders cannot be canceled once delivered.

4. International Orders

For international customers:

  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable

  • Delays caused by customs are not grounds for refund

  • Refused shipments are not eligible for refund

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times depend on your financial institution

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error
