About Mark Jarema
Mark Jarema is a pastor, author, and leadership instructor with more than three decades of experience teaching leadership, communication, and interpersonal dynamics across corporate, government, nonprofit, and faith-based settings. He has trained and keynoted tens of thousands of leaders and employees in 27 countries, helping organizations better understand behavior, reduce unnecessary friction, and lead with greater clarity and intention.
Over the course of two years, he was mentored by Les Brown, one of the world’s most respected voices in personal development—an experience that continues to influence his teaching, speaking, and leadership today.
Before entering full-time ministry, Mark spent 15 years in the private sector and 15 years with the National Security Agency (NSA), giving him a deep, firsthand understanding of organizational pressure, leadership complexity, and high-stakes decision-making. He has worked with organizations such as the NSA, FBI, CIA, and U.S. Department of State, and his work centers on practical, DISC-based behavioral insights that translate directly into clearer communication, stronger collaboration, and more effective leadership at every level.
Mark is the author of multiple books exploring the intersection of human behavior, leadership, and faith, and he continues to speak with organizations, teams, and churches across the United States.
